Importers?

Spotlight importers expose metadata in files to Spotlight, allowing easy, powerful desktop searching of your computer's contents.

FLACImporter is a Spotlight importer for FLAC (Free Lossless Audio Codec) files, allowing Spotlight searches on the file's metadata such as title, artist, album and genre.

OggImporter is a Spotlight importer for Ogg (FLAC) and Ogg (Vorbis) files, allowing Spotlight searches on the file's metadata such as title, artist, album and genre.

The importers are free software released under the GNU General Public License (GPL).

The source code distribution is self-contained, and may be built using either the Xcode GUI or command-line tools.
